Agency Disclosure

Alaisha Daniels, REALTOR® and Terra Realty Group, operate in accordance with West Virginia law, which requires us to disclose the nature of our agency relationship with you. 

Depending on your needs, I may represent you as: 

  • A Buyer’s Agent, working solely in your best interest; 

  • A Seller’s Agent, representing the seller in a transaction; 

  • A Dual Agent, with written consent from both parties; 

As your agent, I owe you the following fiduciary duties: loyalty, disclosure, confidentiality, reasonable care, obedience, and full accounting. 

Before sharing any confidential information, you’ll be asked to review and sign our official Agency Disclosure Form, in compliance with West Virginia Real Estate Commission rules.
